This is the dish I brought to Brandi's last brunch.
1 lb pepper jack cheese, shredded
1c milk
1c flour
1 pt. (16 oz) cottage cheese
1 small can ortega chilies
6 eggs lightly beaten
1/2 c melted butter
1/2 tsp accent (season salt)
1/2 tsp salt
Combine cheese, milk, flour, cottage cheese, eggs, chilies, salts, and half of the butter. In a 12x7 dish (I've never seen such a pan, I used 13x9) spread remaining butter, pour cheese mixture in baking dish and bake at 375 for 50 minutes or until golden brown and set.
