I know you're supposed to be seen twice a year, but I wasn't sure if UC covers just once or if they actually cover twice... bettyboop604 09-24-2007, 02:11 PM I think that they cover one every 9 months... I had to find a dentist, my kids needed a lot of work. I love our kids' dentist. Its a great practice, very kid friendly. My middle boy was petrified to go, and now he goes with no fear. Here is the website http://www.healthygrins.com/index.htm I cannot say enough good things about them. Good luck. I have yet to find one for myself. :) Dori 09-24-2007, 02:14 PM I'm trying to remember the dentist I went to there. I know I remember a few other girls from here seeing him as well because something was said about him being kinda cute :lol I'm totally drawing a blank on his name though... Aside from him being nice to look at ;) he did a really good job and was personable :P Rileysmom 09-24-2007, 02:17 PM I'm trying to remember the dentist I went to there. They are soooooooooo close to us.... so that would be nice. They're like half a mile from our house :lol Are they good with young kids, like around Shelby's age? I have to take her in for her first cleaning now that she's 2. I have a feeling that she'll be a little harder to work with than Jaxon though b/c she's very timid. mackenziesmommy 09-24-2007, 11:55 PM it's every 6 months...I'm going to call the place Rachael recommended and try to get myself and mackenzie an apt. Brandi 09-25-2007, 12:04 AM it's every 6 months...I'm going to call the place Rachael recommended and try to get myself and mackenzie an apt. I talked to them, made appts for me, Jaxon and Shelby and will also be taking Hunter in after we go. She said we get 2 visits a year and one of the docs there actually specializes with kids and will have them eating out of the palm of his hand. I warned her about shelby being very timid and she said this one dentist there is amazing with kids. So, we'll see how it goes! My appt is this friday :cp |
