I would like to say Congratulations. I am not Navy affiliated, but, I have done some research and have talked with some friends. What an honor. I personally commend those who have made it thus far. I told him the only real reason why he made it this year was because I got him a little chief bobblehead antenna ball after he didn't make it last year. It was my token of good luck and I said "I bet this good luck will ensure you making it next year"... and he did. same here, I think most of us were throughly surprised about the announcement I know I was. I had my you'll make it next year pep talk already for when he was gonna call and tell me he didn't make it.

I honestly had a good feeling about it this year.. although I knew if he didn't make it he still had plenty of time..something just kept telling me not to worry, that it was in the bag this year.. I cried and couldn't stop shaking when he called to tell me the news.. :giggle
