So, another member on here made me a custom order on her cafepress store...I was so excited, then I got it and the print looked all smudgy. I was so upset and decided to call cafepress and see what they could do. It was clearly their printing error. So I told them what the problem was and the lady said they guarantee satisfaction and let me pick out any item I wanted to plus they are replacing my original item and I get to keep the original messed up one... no extra shipping or anything. Wow, do they fix their mistakes or what. I'm so pleased with them. I just hope that when I get the new shipment it looks great! I am very satisfied with their customer service though!
