aww, thank you!! so far, my only plans are to try to paint the front porch (or at least get it prepped). i've only been saying i'm going to paint it for the last 3 years :giggle

well, the house is red and has off white trim, but on the porch they painted the floor and a few tiny pieces of trim this fugly blue color so i want to make ALL the trim the off white. then i have to paint the foundation the same color because it's gray out front, white on the side and plain cement in the back :banghead

unfortunately, the weather hasn't been cooperating so i still have to mow my front yard before i can paint.

O.o thats crazy about them painting the floor a fugly color...why didnt they just paint it offwhite the first time?:dunno guess peoples dont think.
that sucks about the weather not being right to do any of that.maybe it will be better this weekend?(but of course the weekend is for being lazy or doin fun stuffs :D)

the people who owned it before either weren't the sharpest crayons in the box or had a weird sense of style lol. i keep looking around at stuff thinking "what where they smoking??" :hystericlaugh

the house DID have a weird floor plan orinally and they remodeled a lot (the kitchen used to be in the basement and the top floor used to be attic space. they moved the kitchen to the main floor and put bedrooms where the attic was), but i think part of the issues were laziness and taking shortcuts lol.

oh i know how that can be.one time my family was gunna move into this house and me my mom and my dad were choosing our rooms.the one i chose was huge BUT it had hot pink walls AND a pepto pink colored carpet to go with it.:lmao ew
we never got the house though.

thats nuts about the layout of yalls house O.o.weird how laziness can affect it lol.

it was allll work on the porch/yard pretty much lol. i took meagan for her first haircut today...sad since she'll be 4 next month lol. it was down to her butt. DH was in port so i got to talk to him last night and today for a bit (although, he was almost a dead man when he didn't call saturday :giggle ).

but i did spend all my cleanin monies at the dollar tree so that was good lol.
