View Full Version : How do you figure out when your "late"? tifflovezyou 10-02-2007, 10:05 AM Ok, so im trying to figure out my "cycle"... How do you do that? Then after a few cycles you can see what is your normal cycle. On the pill I have a 28 day cycle. :) The pill is always nice because you pretty much know when it's going to happen. If your cycles are regular, it's pretty easy to know when you are late. I reallly recommend reading the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility to know more. It's an excellent book but not carried in too many stores for some reason. I ordered mine off of barnes and noble and it took like 4 days to get here. My O date is like clock work. Always on the same day of the cycle. Once I start AF then I have her for 5-7 days. I also marked on the calender. I started that way back in high school so I don't even need to write it down anymore. I just know. Now with BF and the Depo I'm thrown off on my cycle.
