Anyone stationed here? DB and I are going to be going up there after his deployment is over. Any suggestions for good apartment complexes? We want to stay in an apartment for about a year before getting a house.

we were in hood before we came to riley....I cant say alot about the apts there but they had some REALLY NICE mobile homes off of Lance Loop in Killeen (about 10 min from main gate of hood) that were fairly cheap. DB and I rented one for a couple of months before riley...550 a month for 3 bedrooms and it was NICE.

I have no idea what they are called but let me look online and see if I can find it. They are really new so they may not have it listed yet. but I'll try to get you some info.

We are at Hood also. We jsut gout out of a lease in a 2 bd apartment with washer and dryer for 550. They are in Cove. It all depends on where you want to live and how much you want to pay.
