How much does your pet drink in a normal day? What size are they?


My dog is a 7lb Maltese and he probably drinks 3 or more bowls of water a day and the bowls hold 0.35 ltrs. It just seems like alot for such a small dog.

We have 5 cats and two fairly large water bowls - the bowls are filled at least twice daily (each), if not more. I'm not sure how much of the water is actually being consumed, though, because my Hugger-kitty has a bad habit of playing in the water so quite a bit of it ends up on the floor, lol.
