Today was my parent/teacher conference for Breanna. Her mid term report was good excpet for reading and handwritting. It said she needed to improve on handwritting and she was completly failing reading. So going in I was really nervous. Well, she is passing everything. The teacher said she needs to work on her handwritting still, subtraction (she knows how but she has been goofing off in school and not doing her work right so that is an issue we have been addressing already), and paying attention (hence why the teacher says she needs to work on subtraction). She is in a reading group and the teacher said she expects she will test out of it next month. In Sept. the kids were all tested and then this month tested again in certain areas. I got to see where Breanna was and where she is now and she has surpassed what has been expected of her. Also, she has only 1 more goal to meet in speech. She gets evaluated again in January so she may test out of speech as well. I am so very proud of her.

That is good news that she has surpassed where she is supposed to be
