depends on the context, either post-partum depressions or per pay day. :shrug so i guess it just depends.

well i saw it in the classifieds... but what is per pay day supposed to mean?

it might say something like 9 per payday, so total cost is 18 but you could pay 9 each pay period.

If it is under classifieds, I'd say it mean postage paid delivery. Menaing the shipping is covered in the price.

It may also be "pay pal dollars" b/c some sellers can not accept anything except paypal funds (no credit cards, etc). So, if it was in the classifieds, thats what my guess would be.
