anyone have an SO in Fort leonardwood??

yeah, thats where he went to basic....

My husband is leaving to do his training there on Tuesday.

DH wanted me to see if there was anyone in his company.. hes Charley Company in AIT.

My husband is an MP, but I dont know what Company he is. He leaves for basic on Tuesday. (MEPS first, then they are shipping him to basic after that)

My husband did basic there...and it's only an hour from my old stomping grounds(Springfield) so if you're ever there or if he needs to know where the good hangouts are, hit me up any time! :hugs

Not any more. DB did his AIT there over the summer and had a pretty good time. The weather was kinda "eh", but we're both from northern MN so it's understandable.

My df just graduated OUST (bct & ait) training there for MP. They call it "Ft Lost in the Woods". :giggle PM me if you want to.

I've got a friend who is there until the first of jan they they are pcsing. I'm from anderson (south of springfield):) Its a great area to live in!!:yes

DH dis his OSUT there (chemical) from 7/06-12/06 went there for grad. i now know personally why they call it Fort Lost in the woods

ha ha me too.. we went for a drive and got lost on the base.. there is so much ares that there is absolutely nothing!!

Yeah my df's stepdad and I got lost trying to get to the graduation site...1st we parked & walked up on the wrong one so then we had to walk a long way to get his. :lol

DB always told me they called it "Ft. Lost In The Woods" for a reason. :giggle No first hand experience though.
