2-5lbs Pork Ribs.
The sauce is made up (I eyeball it all)- ketchup (about 1/2 cup), liquid smoke(2 tsp), tomato paste(1 lil can), water(1 cup), dijon mustard(1/4 cup I think), brown sugar(1/4 cup) and Worcestershire sauce(um... not sure... until it looks and smells right?) . GARLIC POWDER!!
Cut the ribs into 6 inch sections.
Salt and pepper tops of ribs.
cut one large Texas or Vidalia (sp?) onion in 1/2 then in thick slices.
Layer the ribs (put a bit on BBQ sauce down 1st if ribs are frozen and let it warm for about 10 min), then onion until all is in crockpot, pour BBQ over. Cook 6-7 hours on low. :D

Sorry it's not better on measurements, but I don't measure unless I am baking. :blush

Oh yeah, you can also use vinegar(a lot of homemade BBQ sauces call for this) I think it's a few tablespoons, but I think the W and tomatoes have enough acidity to breakdown the pork and make them VERY tender.
