What You Need
• 1 box rotini or ziti
• 2 28-oz. jars pasta sauce (one with tomato chunks)
• 1 egg
• 1/2 pound ground beef
• 1/2 pound sausage
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 cup Parmesan cheese
• 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
• 1 bag mozzarella cheese
• 16-20 ounces ricotta cheese
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup Parmesan cheese
• 1 1/2 teaspoons parsley flakes
• Dash salt and pepper

What To Do
1. Grease crockpot.

2. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.

3. Brown and drain meats.

4. Toss pasta with olive oil. Add pasta sauce to mixture and toss well.

5. Stir 1 cup Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg and half the bag of mozzarella cheese into browned meat, then combine with pasta mixture.

6. Separately, beat together ricotta, 2 eggs, 1 cup Parmesan, parsley, salt and pepper.

7. Pour half of pasta/sauce/meat mixture into crockpot. Spread entire ricotta mixture over first layer of pasta. Cover ricotta layer with remaining pasta mixture, and cover with remaining cheese.

8. Cover, and cook on low 4-6 hours.
