I cry every time I get off the phone with him.
He just called.
I'm happy to hear he is ok. The trip to Iraq from Kuwait is quickly approaching. I am a little nervous about it.
I know I will have cried two thousand gallons of tears.
I think the crying and stress is making me lose weight.
3 pounds in one week and 3 days.
Well send me good vibes so i'm not nervous!!!!

I'm sorry :( I was nervous about him going from Kuwait to Iraq too. When he was in Kuwait, I missed him but I wasn't all that worried about him. He reminded me that he's done this before, he knows what he's doing, and if something does happen (heaven forbid) it will have been totally out of our hands... so I shouldn't worry. Same for you hun. Your SO is a Sargent, he knows what he's doing, and I don't think he would want you to worry, although it's really hard not to. Pm me if you want, it sounds like in a lot of ways were are in the same boat. We WILL be okay :)

Hang in there. Just try to focus on positive things and focus on improving yourself while he's gone. That really helped me to deal with all the emotions. Find something, even just one small thing, that you want to improve in yourself and focus all your attention on achieving that. It will start to really go by much more quickly if you stay busy and divert your attention as much as possible, I promise!
