It has been going on two months since he left home but today marks 1 month since DB has been in Kuwait.

It hasnt been fast by anymeans AT ALL but im doing good, its moving along. I try to focus on weeks. Like only 20 something more weekends to go.So far so good. Because for me anyways it seems like the weekend always comes pretty quick.

thats a good way to look at it! weeks. 20 weeks doesn't seem much at all!

i am about the same time as you. DH has been gone a little over a month.

Yup....counting down in weeks is better. And you are right...the weekends get here really fast. I am hoping that this coming week goes super quickly for me. I can't wait to begin my one week count down :D

I'm at the 1.5 month and some change point... I miss him, yea, and it sucks that his Co. is where they are with nada for communication or internet... but he'll be home soon, and then I get to meet his parents, and we get to travel, and I'll be :bliss

I worry, like "omg, we aren't communicating, this can't be good" but that's just the mildly insecure me. I know he's hella busy, and probably so tired he can barely breath, so no worries really... it just sucks watching other couples together, or even having my sister bitch about not seeing her live in boyfriend for a week or two when he goes out of state for construction work. She's trying to be empathetic, and I appreciate it... but... :mumble
