Salon Plantium, (aveda salon) drawing a blank on the master stylist that use to do my hair (ask for any master stylist) that salon is on the higher end (hair cuts are $65/70 and I recommend that salon.

Looks IIC (Columbia, MD) Ask for Irina, they are not super high end. But it's an ultra nice salon, they do good work and all waxing services are great there (i.e. bikini, brazilian, eyes, lip, etc).
