DH reenlisted earlier this month. The SRB still hasn't hit the bank. Any idea of when they will feel the need to pay us? That money has things to do lol. Thanks!

I would contact PSD to ask what the hold up is, although with the start of the new fiscal year that could be why it's behind. we have never had to wait very long for our SRB usually it was in our account right around ceremony time.

Hmm I wonder if the start of the new fiscal year has something to do with the hold up on our special pays from when DH deployed.

It took awhile for DH to get his. Someone in PSD was sitting on it for some reason. I just remember being highly pissed off about the whole thing. Have your DH go to PSD and find out what is going on.

Yeah, I'll have him go. He said it would be a little bit because of everyone re enlisting b/c they changed zones or something. I figured a week, not a freaking month. err. thanks girls.

ours took almost 3 months to get deposited because he was deployed and the paperwork took longer! it was our first re enlistment so we had NO idea about how long it would take. we got everything in october though, his first installement, the first half,and our moving money plus our last tax free check when we did it. i was so worried we got over paid, when we got to our next command hubby went to PSD to make sure we weren't over paid anything.

Ours took 2 months, cause people that work in PSD here are slightly off and DFAS in the states kept putting something in wrong apparently. We were literally calling every day, because if we didn't they did not care!

Our last one took almost a month. Sadly, the navy pays you when it wants, not when we want. :( Hope you get it soon

Dh just re upped and he said that it should take 10-14 days, but because of it being the beginning of the new fiscal year, it is taking a little longer. I guess you or he could call psd. Good luck

Have you checked your LES? My husband re-enlisted this month too but I see our amount on the Oct LES but we havent recieved anything yet..

DH re-enlisted in Korea in Nov 02 he didn't receive any of his SRB until July 03 and the only good thing about that was it was tax free because he was deployed at the time the bonus finally hit.
