I was in a hurry when I ran home for lunch and I threw some chicken breasts (the kind with bones) in a casserole dish with some italian seasoning and a jar of ragu. Wtf was I thinking....:lol Its cooking right now at a 225 temperature since I wont be home till 6, what do you think I am going to come home to. lol

seriously! lol, Thats what I am going to end up doing. I thought about it as I was driving back to work and I was like "ragu & chicken" have I lost my mind! :lol
I didnt realize I bought the kind with the bones, I wanted chicken parmesan :(

:lol You'll just have to eat around the bones, I guess - but it shouldn't be bad! Definitely serve it over pasta - and warn everyone who eats it to watch out for bones!

I LOOOOVE penne also. We eat that type of pasta more than any other kind. :hungry It seems to always turn out great no matter what I serve with it.

when you get home..de-bone the chicken and add some pasta:yes it will be yummy:hungry
Yesterday i threw some bone-in chicken breast in the crockpot with a bottle of bbq sauce..about 6 hours later i de-boned the chicken and we had pulled bbq sandwiches :hungry
