I have no idea. Last Christmas he was in Iraq and that was our first married Christmas, so maybe we'll try to do something special for our first married Christmas together. We'll probably just buy one "big" thing that both of us can enjoy together and I'll just get him some small gifts to open...but we'll see. Our 2 year anniversary is a few weeks after Christmas, and since we have to have 2 anniversaries all rolled into one, we'll probably spend more $$ on that than on Christmas this year.

I know I cant wait!!!! Plus the day after christmas marks our 1/2 way mark....so i like the post title "right around the corner" :P

So far i have picked him up a couple little knick knack type things---snowman shaped playing cards, charlie brown christmas dvd which was his fav etc... that i have seen in stores( even though its not even halloween yet, crazy PR) I was going to get him a psp but i accidently told him that before he left, so i might not.Im all about a good surprise.I liked the personalized blanket idea in the post above. very cute. I want to be able to wrap a lot of stuff so he can unwrap it,thats the best part.

I was going to get him a digital cam but he had said he doesnt really like pictures, unless they have nakey girls on them...cheeky bugger :giggle

Just keep my eyes open.I love Christmas!

Oh I have no idea...the Navy is already fucking with Thanksgiving so we're waiting on how much his division will be fucked for Christmas.

So pending on where we'll be will depend on tons of crap.

Im going to Ireland in Nov/Dec and planning to buy him clothes that we cant get here stateside (Fred Perry and Ben Sherman.) Hes also very much all about England...so I may look for stuff while Im in lay over for like 6 hours.I planned to give him one shirt when I got back and totally play off like thats all I bothered to get him...haha.

I fear for what he'll get me...I dont like teddy bears, and/or jewelry.Get me a book and write something on the inside cover and it will be amazing.Id much rather him write me a letter or make something than go to a store and get clothes or the like. We'll see.

Yeah I got a few ideas today, we were at the mall today and I got him to point out a few things he'd like.. I can't believe christmas is so close. They already have the santa thing set up in the mall ( althought santa wasn't there...)

Gar, i have NO idea what to do for him for christmas!!
AND much to my EXTREME dismay, my family is celebrating the 22nd and 23rd and he doesnt get exodus until the 23rd... which means he will be missing my familys celebration... something we BOTH were looking forward to! :(
i have actual christmas day with him at least, but i dont know what to do

i like the stocking idea & the sexy santa pics. I don't know of anything "big" to send. He pretty much buys what he wants, so I'm going to probably have to get creative. Maybe i'll just make him a lot of homemade food.

I have no idea what I am going to do but it will be my first care package to him so maybe some nice cute wintery things that he can hang up around his room and some pictures and maybe some cookies and candies. I am going to pick his brain when I go to see him so I can get some ideas as to what he would like. :)
