Have you looked into starting an ING account or even CD's? They're both an easy way to start saving for your future.

:yes they are are a combo of stocks and bonds.

If you want something with a good interest rate that you can put money in, look at a CD or even better a Money Market account. Right now you can get around 3-5% depending on how much money you put in.

Let me know if you need help Rach.

That's what I was thinking.... They start you off with with 4.3% interest....

my dad has had money invested in Evergreen and now Dodge & Cox since before i was born till now... and boy am i glad he set up a nest egg for me! good luck choosing! maybe go talk to a financial analyst or someone who handles money and get their opinion on what is best to put your money in for the reasons you have. also... do your homework and research stuff online and in the library!

USAA offers the whole package. I would give them a call and see what they can offer you that will suit you better.
