so today dd and i were supposed to have our dental appointment...but the registration lady said something about UCCI...i'm not sure what this is...i thought all we needed was to register for tricare....if anybody knows anything about this and can help clear it up for me that would be great...i would ask dh but he has duty and prolly knows about as much as me right now...

tricare dental is different than regular tricare, You pay for it i believe it's like 24 bucks or so for the family plan. You can fill out the paperwork and mail your check in and then have them take it out of his pay so you don't have to pay it every month. it takes about 30 days ( sometimes longer depending on the time you mailed it and all that) to become effective

UCCI is united concordia something. its our dental insurance, we have to pay for it. and it doesn't cover everything. that link is a great link i would check it out. if you sign up now i think you can be covered on dec 1st.
