Chicken/PorkChop Casserole


1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup water *for creamier rice use 1 1/3 cups
3/4 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts or Pork Chops


Mix soup, water, rice, and black pepper in a baking dish (casserole dish. I like to use glass)
Top with chicken or Pork chops
Season with additional paprika and pepper.
Cover chicken casserole with aluminum foil (Porkchops may not need to be covered.)

Bake at 375°F.
45 min. or until done.

ITS SO GOOD.

You can use more Pork Chops or Chicken Breasts, or both (if you do, you may want to increase other ingredients to your liking). Last night we only had four pork chops, so I used four PC and two Chicken Breasts. I didn't cover it. Leftovers are good for me lol.
This is one of my favorite dishes. I made mixed veggies to go with it.
Since the meat and the startch are together, thats all I needed.
