That is awesome!
I'm definitely adding that to our registry when the time comes! DH and I watched the tutorial on it and wow it has some amazing features! I really like how you can snap your carrier into it from the car... that works wonders for those babies (ahem like mine was haha) that whenever he fell asleep and was moved he would wake right back up.

I guess 25lb weight limit would be worth the $170 for it... I can't remember when Jer hit 25 lbs but Im sure he could have got enough use from it.

It is cute BUT it is designed to simulate a mom or dad holding & rocking the baby. Why not just take some time and hold the baby yourself? I think bouncy chairs are great for when you need to hop in the shower, or fix yourself a bite or toss a load in the wash BUT what a baby really needs is just to be held by a person. They are only tiny for such a little time.

The only newborn soothing center tag line makes me laugh what do they think a parent is.

That is true also Green~Mammy and that is what my DH said. Maybe if they couldn't be comforted by holding them maybe that would work. I def see you point! :yes

says up to 25 lbs. i'm all about AP... i wear my baby, feed when she's hungry, let her sleep when she's tired, i breastfeed, etc etc... HOWEVER, there are some moments in the day when i'd like to shower or do some cleaning without her attached to me (as i usually do) where something like that would come in verrrry hand, as she loves to be rocked and sung to, and what not.

she's getting bored of her swing and bouncer. LOL

That looks great for when you hop in the shower or have to get something done, but otherwise, I agree- baby should be held (or even "worn") :yes Also, at about 2-3 months, there's no way she would of sat in that thing so I doubt he would :lol

It's good for those that have $170 to piss away and get so many uses out of it!! :lmao

There are some things you need to be able to put your baby down for. I can see it coming in handy for people who have other children to tend to as well.

Yes, I know I wore Jacob BUT used the bouncer when I needed to shower, cook, or anything else where he would no be safe while being worn. (he hated the swing) However they are marketing this in a way I can almost guarantee parents will abuse it and use it as a replacement for Mom & Dad's arms. Seeing as how they thing basically SAYS it is as good as mom/dads arms. I just think between swings, bouncers, jumperoos, and infant car seats that a tool like this is tad over kill and will lead to even more flat headed babies. (there was a study done about how many infants spend a majority of their time in objects rather then being held. Basically there is an over use of infant car seats while not in the car and other similar tools)
