He called me last night!!! He told me he should have his air warfare pin this week! And that if he was made supervisor of blue shirts, and that they put in a package to cap him if he does not make e4 on the test!! I am so proud right now! YAY!!

I am excited, as much as I really want the pay raise the main reason it is such a big deal that all this is happening is because this is the first time in his life that he has really buckled down for an extended period of time, and taken pride in his work. I am THRILLED that his is getting acnologied (sp?) for his hard work.
