Thanks everyone for the meal ideas. The kids don't like fish sticks. And, we do spaghetti and nuggets and PB&J. DH wants a bigger meal every night and it's getting really difficult lately. It's kinda nice. He has school 2 nights a week and those are snacking style suppers (which is PB&J, or Mac n cheese w/ hot dogs)

Anything on a Stick!!! You can cook beef, chicken, pork, shrimp on a skewer....they think it's cook to eat off a stick...

I never thought of that.
