So I finally go to watch hostel 2. I was quite dissappointed. I mean come on last time you got to see someone's face fried and en eye ball pop out. This time there really wasn't the same level of gore :( I did however appreciate the lack of soft porn that adorned the start of the last movie. The ending I am undecided on. It def had that HUGE girlpower feel to it. But what now. Is she goign to kill people is she going to stop them or is she just going to walk away. I feel really unfulfilled with that ending. Not to mention hot guy getting beheaded at the begining.

I have not watched it but I'm actually glad that they did away with some of the porn and gore. The idea behind the movie was interesting, but the amount of gore and porn just put me off. I kept rolling my eyes thinking "they are trying waaaay too hard". So, maybe I will watch this one, as I'm sure I'll enjoy it more without eyeballs popping and chick's boobs flopping everywhere :lmao

There are a couple boob shots and honstly everyone else thought the gore level was still high..LOL I just expected that from the last one this one would equal it at least in the gore factor..kwim. But nope. It was still good. But man that ending I'm so undecided on.

What kind of sick individual does it make me if I admit I laughed more than cringed while watching the first Hostel movie? I have yet to see 2.

We watched last night and I have to say that I'm not a big scary movie person, but even I thought this one was terrible. I did have to look away a couple of times b/c I don't do gore very well, but the whole movie was just WAY predictable and sort of boring and the end was crap. I sat there for a minute waiting for a "just kidding" or something at the end b/c it was such a ridiculous ending.
