Hot off the press... and it looks like we all need to take action immediately! Michael Badnarik is a strong proponent and acclaimed lecturer on the Constitution. The link below is to his radio program broadcast this morning 10/25/07.

Okay, if you have ever watched the movie with Tom Cruise THE MINIORITY REPORT -- get ready for this -- it's here and it's now -- It's called HR 1955. This 'law' which violates the US Constitution, was just passed by the House yesterday [404 representatives voted FOR this!] -- it's makes it a crime to even think of protesting any government action, including illegal searches and seizures, including protesting illegal elections, including illegal wars, including protesting tax crimes by the government, etc. This is something that was done by Joseph Stalin and Hitler -- making it a crime to disagree with the government. But this takes it one step further. It makes even having the 'thought' of protesting or disagreeing with government action, a crime. It would mandate that any psychologist or psychiatrist report at once such people who have had such thoughts to the government -- and for what? For the 'crime' of thinking for oneself.
If you wonder if this is unConstitutional, don't wonder any further. It not only is UnConstitutional, it's truly called Communism or Fascism.

This bill would probably make Ron Paul a criminal since he is very vocally doubting the actions of an illegal war, an illegal tax system, etc. It is an attempt to silence the liberty movement in this country.
Here's what you can do:
Donate to Ron Paul on November 5th -- anyone who is pro-Ron Paul is being asked to donate $100.00 to Ron Paul on November 5th. If you will listen to the Michael Badnarik show, you will understand why November 5th is the date.
Also, please call your Senators to ensure that this bill is not also passed in the Senate.
