My grandmother's recipe...I think of it during the holidays every year

1 box white cake mix
1 bottle/can of pina colada mix
1 tub cool whip
1-2 cans of crushed pineapple
1 bag shredded coconut

Make white cake according to directions on the box

Allow to cool for 15-20 minutes
With a butterknife, poke several holes in the baked cake
Poor pina colada mix over the cake until soaked
Spread the chrushed pineapple over the cake (WITH juice)

Allow to cool completely

Top with Cool Whip topping and shredded coconut

Chill before serving.
