Any ideas on how to keep it from melting?

hm...I've been told not to send it at all, even in chocolate chip cookies. I think M&M's might be okay though.

it shoudlnt melt towards the end of december and january. Iraq has winter just like here and it gets cold. Sometimes in the single digits. So just make it individual from everything else so that way if it does melt...oh well

And my DB said it's all ready starting to cool down a lot.

I sent my DB m&m's in the middle of june.. and he said they got there without melting.. They were in one of those little styrofoam boxes- and i think they were frozen or something before they were sent out.. I ordered them from m&m.com.. He said they tasted a little odd because of all the condensation though.. But they still ate all of them of course! :yes

As PP's have mentioned, send M&Ms.. I sent DH a different kind in each package.. and then his christmas package had a big assortment of different kinds..

I've always sent chocolate in packages, (Cadbury) and never once has it melted on me. :shrug

I sent my boyfriend a package while he was away on business. And it had candy.But i put it in ziploc bags.He did say it melted.But he ate it anyhow. lol.But that was during the summer. Im sure if you sent candy now. It wouldnt melt. Since its turning colder

yup DH's entire halloween package was like snickers and twix, and he said they were barely sticking to the wrapper when he got them. Throw the chocolate in a zip lock back just in case...so he doesnt have to clean it up if it gets goey.
