ok well i finally got DH to tell me what kind of cake he wanted for his b-day and he said " a very chocolately cake with like a layer of fudge in the middle" well i have the recipe for the cake i just dont know what to layer in the middle. i am gonna do alot of research but any suggestions would be great!

why dont u try a chocolate ganache type layer? :yes

Ganache is a LITTLE runny, but SUPER fudgy tasting and u can make it into one of those cakes that SPILL the chocolaty goodness everywhere :drool
