i hate you i hate you i hate you!!!!!

im a pastry cook.. we are supposed to have good working ovens.. BUT NOOOOOOO my apartments are lame and slow and wont come calibrate mine.. so it burned DB's cookies!!! i swear i checked it they needed a minute or two longer and not but 30 seconds later they were burning!!!!!!!!! ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh uhhhh
