Did it bring you closer to your husband? Tracking together and such?

That's when we were introduced to it too. I had heard about it before, but didnt know too much about it. It was interesting. We are thinking about it, they told us about some books and websites so maybe we'll check it out down the road. Precana was awesome, we were thinking it was going to be awful and didnt want to go-but what an experience it was!

I used the NFP method for about a year and it worked very well.
I can recommend this book by Toni Weschler "Taking Charge of your Fertility".

I loved how much I learned about my own body by using this method, and now I feel a lot more in tune with my cycles and body.
It was mostly me doing the charting and such, of course but my husband was very supportive of the method.
