SOCNAV: SOCNAV (and the other branches of it) is basically an agreement that colleges participate in that says if you transfer from one college on the list to another college on the list, your credits WILL transfer there and you will not lose your progress on your degree path simply because your SO has received new orders. You can find a list of the schools that participate here (Note, not ALL schools are listed, be sure to ask at the school you attend!! In addition, SOCNAV-2 refers to community colleges and SOCNAV-4 refers to four year colleges)
