Boneless Pork Chops - how do you prepare YOURS?? harrisonsdream 11-14-2007, 11:51 AM depends. sometimes i will bread them with breadcrumbs and bake them in the oven. sometimes i will make a really tasty glaze with stuff like orange juice, soy sauce, molasses, mustard, onion and garlic powder and glaze them and bake them. Jennygirl 11-14-2007, 11:55 AM Wine and Herb Marinade and bake them... Rileysmom 11-14-2007, 11:58 AM We don't eat them, just not a fan of porkchops. When I have made them in the past, it's been pork tenderloins marinated asian style though. Kelsey 11-14-2007, 12:17 PM Ok now this is one I can get into! We make boneless pork chops all the time. They're cheap (we buy them when they're on sale), tasty, and fast! I skillet fry mine in a nonstick pan with a little bit of olive oil. Sometimes I'll add a crushed garlic clove for taste while frying. I season them with salt, pepper, garlic salt, basil, onion flakes (or real onions and peppers depending on what we have), a little bit of dill, and some paprika. When they're done frying on both sides, I put them on the plate and top each one with a pad of butter so it can melt onto the chop while eating. Mmmmm. :drool HEIDI 11-14-2007, 12:22 PM I have bbq'd them, pan fried, baked in a casserole, shake and baked, country fried, really just depends on the mood and who is home too eat. Devinn 11-14-2007, 12:31 PM sometimes a coat with breadcrumbs and pan fry, then bake in the oven for a while to get them tender... or sometimes I batter with egg, milk, flour, salt, pepper, and tony sacheres and pan fry... sometimes I coat them with mustard and honey and bake in the oven. :hungry Ashnbri 11-14-2007, 12:43 PM I panfry w/ salt and pepper or do the breadcrumbs. MelissaMc424 11-14-2007, 12:46 PM Baked in the oven smothered in catalina salad dressing and garlic powder/black pepper. ohmylis 11-14-2007, 02:40 PM I brown them, add some garlic, then pour a can of cream of mushroom soup and a can of milk over them. Let them simmer for about an hour or so, then eat it over rice |
