I agree, they are so helpful! I called for a referral once, and the girl went above and beyond to help me, and even called back a few weeks later to see how everything went.

Yes, I've called several times and ordered publications, and they're wonderful about getting them mailed out. It's never taken longer than 3 days to get anything.
I love that there's a live body on the phone with you, just like at military onesource!

If you're just starting out.. I recommend requesting copies of Sea Legs, and Social Customs and Traditions of The Sea Services. Those two books will explain A LOT!
