We have Tricare Prime and my DD currently sees a DR off post. I cna never get an appt. for her, no matter how serious it is. So, I am trying to figure out what I need to do to switch her PCM. Does anyone know how to go about doing this? TIA

go to the tricare office and tell them you want to change her pcm... they will give you the paperwork you need and it will be effective that same day i believe.
