1 chicken or 4 chicken breast
1 cup chopped onions ( i leave out )
1 cup chopped bell pepper ( i also leave out )
12 oz pkg spaghetti
1 stick margarine
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup OR 1 can of cream of mushroom & 1 can of cream of chicken
1lb Velveeta cheese
1-8oz pkg cream cheese
1 small jar pimentos ( drained ) ( i don't use also )
Cook chicken until tender - cut into bite size pieces
Save broth to cook spaghetti in, add water if needed
Drain
Saute onions and bell peppers in margarine
Melt Velveeta and cream cheese in a saucepan ( or micro )
Mix all ingredients together
Spray a large baking dish with cooking spray
Pour into dish
Bake at 350 for 20 mins or until it starts to bubble
