View Full Version : Patriotic Decorating for the Holidays 68W-LVR 11-25-2007, 05:41 PM Okay, so I promised DH I would send him pictures of the holiday lights and that they were going to all nice and patriotic. I wasn't thinking. Our house fricken keeps looking like the 4th of July no matter what I try to do. I used some Red White and Blue but not everything like originally planned. It was just looking crazy. My wreath has white lights but I found these cute red tin stars to put around it. I also have snowmen with uniforms on...I'm a snowman addict. JustBreathe 11-28-2007, 01:13 AM I have had a white tree for a few years. I use blue lights, red, white, blue and silver ornaments. It is a small tree, but what it means to me makes it beautiful. I do it for all our men and women that are fighting or us. Maybe when DH gets back next Xmas we will have a real tree, but I am still keeping my red, white, and blue one!
