I hate when db goes out on missions...it seriously scares the shit out of me...I hate it, im all worried now...im trying to be positive and not to worry but i can't help it!

i feel the same way with DF's flights, which is his everyday job! :giggle

I KNOW how you feel!!! It makes me crazy too. My DB spends so much time "outside the wire" he is on the road usually 6 days a week....I just can't think about it or I go nuts!

:agree db flys all the time and when i know about it before it happens i definitely worry. All we can do is :pray and wait until we hear that they're back safely! :hugs

me too.. we can make a worry wart club!! WOOHOO!!!! i really am sorry thought. it scares me when db sends a message saying one more dangerous mission outta te way im like "ehh no dont say that" id almost rather not know when he goes out! PM me if you need anything!!!

I've been there, I know exactly how you're feeling. There were times when my DB just had to stop telling me when he was going on missions because I would get so worried that I wouldn't be able to get out of bed. :hugs

It'll get a little better as time goes by...It gets easier to manage. Just say your prayers:) I always do and he's been safe so far!

I am sooo scared because his last mission was REALLYY dangerous, and he had a near death experience:(

My DH too, I hate it and I always pray for him and when I hear my phone ring 3 in the morning I'm sooooo happy

It seems for me that towards the end of this deployment my paranoia level has gone through the roof...SO frustrating!

And then he calls me this morning, saying "I have kinda bad news" then tells me that he's not going to be able to call me for a few days. Thanks for almost giving me a heart attack! :banghead

Its so hard not to worry! :worry I swear I have the phone attached to my hip until I hear from him again. Its the greatest feeling in the world knowing he's safe.

Haven't had the out of the wire experience yet since DH just left Kuwait for wherever it is he is going in Iraq. I get scared just thinking about it. I've watched way to much YouTube for my own good.

yeah my best friend in Iraq always has missions being in infantry, and what he tellls me he does(well all he can say) scares the S%#@ out of me. He's definately putting his life on the line.
