I started having contractions at 3:00 p.m. Friday. I started pushing at 3:00 p.m. Saturday. I delivered her at 3:46 p.m. I got an epi. and couldn't feel a thing. I would have to say I was too numb.

I started having contractions about 2:30 p.m. Tuesday and started pushing right around 10:00 a.m. Wednesday. I delivered him at 11:31 a.m. I tried to go natural but when they broke my water at 6cms. and I got that first contraction afterwards I was done. I'm glad now that I did get it since I push for so long. The delivery itself and the first few minutes after I wouldn't wish on anyone. It was very traumatic. I can't believe I had another baby after that.

I never went into labor on my own. I was induced 8 days past my due date. I got the first cytotec at 11:00 a.m. Thursday. At 5:00 p.m. I was still not dilated at all so I got my 2nd. At 8:00 p.m. I was 4 cms. And right around 10:00 p.m. I started pushing. I delivered at 10:15 p.m. I did get the epi but it didn't work so I felt the whole thing. I might as well not have had the epi. However, it was not as bad as I thought it would be.

No kids for me, but these are me and my sister's stats:

I was induced so from the time they gave me the pitocin until I had her was 12 hours, but when I really started feeling the pain until I delivered was about 4 hours. I got the epi when I really really started to feel it and the drugs no longer worked. loL!
