I don't think we are gonna end up getting that house. I am kinda upset about it cuz I am soooooooo tired of looking at houses, but really there were some things that threw up some red flags so I am not too worried about not getting that particular one. The owner is being REALLY weird about getting a cosigner to sign the lease with us, and we refuse to do that. He says he is worried that because Adam has only been at his job three months that we aren't that stable and he would feel better with a cosigner (he is actually saying his DAD feels that way... :screwy ), but our credit is okay and we make more than the required amount to rent, plus our rental history is spotless. Also, Adam has been going to school for his computer science degree for three years and this new job is the first computer job he has had since the Army, so it's not like he is working at a grocery store. He is working in his chosen field. So, we are gonna keep looking.

I guess I will just refrain from posting pics of any houses we look at until we sign a lease, cuz I don't wanna have to come back here and post another one of these. LOL.

Well, we realized yesterday that the house doesn't have any ceiling fans. Or maybe day before yesterday. Whatever. LOL. So, the house is awesome BUT the electric bill in the summer would NOT be. LOL. And we are just looking for a RENTAL not a house to buy. So, I am willing to go with something that is not perfect. :P

Thanks for the well wishes lady. I sent out a bunch of emails today and called some people and left messages to try and schedule looking at some more houses. So, hopefully I can see a few more houses soon!
