3 oz of cream cheese, softened
16 oz of powdered sugar
1.5 tsp vanilla extract
12 oz white choc. baking bar, melted
(optional) 1 cup of chopped pecans, toasted
1. Beat cream cheese at medium speed w/ an electric mixer until fluffy; gradually add sugar, beating well.
2. Add vanilla & melted choc. to cream cheese mixture, stirring until blended.
3. Stir in chopped pecans.
4. Spread into a buttered 8 inch baking pan or dish.
5. Cover & store in refrigerator
