I really hate doing it. But I know its for the best. Sorry none vaxers, that is just how I feel, no ill feelings towards ya'll, I just feel its best for my little one.

Especially since my mom told me of an outbreak of whooping cough up North and a little 3 month old died because of it, Im not willing to risk it.

I just hate knowing that she has NO idea why these people are hurting her :(

I am sorry you are having to go though this as well that your baby munchkin is having to go through it. I will say it is better to prevent against whooping cough if you can (I had it as a teenager, yeah I know I am strange but it was horrible!) I hope you and the little one get through it without to many tears!

Awww, hopefully it will go smoothly. We need to take Lydi in for her next set of shots, she didn't even cry for the last two sets so I'm hoping this will be the same way.

Exactly! I always feel so bad about it that I bring along Dum-Dum pops for Cam, and her ped. gives her a sticker..

Keep the tylenol at the ready and give her a dose before you go in.. :hugs

There is an outbreak of the mumps here in Maine/New Hampshire.

:hugs I know it sucks! I want to cry every time Maddy gets her shots. I honestly think it's worse for us mom's than it is for the kids.

I am not looking forward to Bailey's first shots either
