Does anyone else like the white Christmas/Holiday trees? I LOVE THEM. I think that when Adam and I finally get our own place and start decorating for the holidays, I want to get a white tree. I just like the way matching decorations look on them so much better than green trees.

I think they're pretty if decorated tastefully. DD wanted a pink tree! :giggle

I agree if done tastefully they are SO pretty! I was tempted to get one this year when i replaced my tree but ended up getting a green one.

I like my tree to look real so I don't like the white ones. They can be really pretty though.

I am the total opposite. I don't like big plants in my house, or the appearance of plants. :lol

I'm glad I am not the only one who thinks they can be pretty though!

The thought of pine needles all over the place makes me shudder. LOL. Of course, the thought of having a big tree, real or fake, in my house at all makes me shudder anyway. I have four VERY rambunctious cats. :P

We bought our first white tree this year! We had always had real trees, up until a few years ago(when the kids were too old to care LOL), we got our first artificial tree. This year the white one....haven't decorated it yet, waiting the 17th. The oldest boy's birthday is the 16th and I have never put the tree up before his "day". Can't wait to see it all decorated!

I have seen some beautiful white trees and some ghetto white trees. I think it's all in the decorations. Personally, I like the green ones though.

personally i think white trees look weird but i'm sure if it's decorated tastefully it could look pretty. we've just always had the same green artificial tree. for the longest time i didn't even know people used real trees - i thought the idea of somebody putting a tree in their house was sooo weird:lol and i agree, the thought of pine needles in my house just makes me queasy, but dh insists. i blame it on him being from the northwest where there are WAY too many trees, and me from kansas, where there are none.

if they are very coordinated, i like them, but they are easy to mess up, in my oppinion. you can't put just any ornament on a white tree. but if you do it right, they can look really elegant.

Maybe that's why it does not work for me. I can't decorate for nothing.:lol

I had a white pencil tree that I used to decorate and put in my kitchen and I would put red lights on it to match the kitchen/dining room decorations. It sounds ugly but it was actually very pretty.

Nothing wrong with a pink tree hehe. My mom and I made one that way one year. I asked her to send me the picture but I think she forgot lol. I'll have to call and remind her. It was a beautiful tree I loved it so much.

I like 'em. I like real trees better, but if I were gonna get a fake one, that's what I'd do.

I like them when other people decorate them I am not a theme person so I have a mosh of different ornaments so it would never look right.

I love them but can't convince dh that we should get one. He is very traditional about things like that.

Speaking of pink feather trees, the White House / Black Market has this AWESOME black feather tree that I am in love with. Dh said he was disgusted. :giggle

I think they're gorgeous! I do agree, though, that it's got to have the right ornaments.

I like them but dh is not a big fan. I may use one as an accent tree but not the main tree in thr house

i agree that they CAN be pretty, but i think that it's pretty hard to achieve. some people try to make it match and look pretty and go WAY overboard and it looks so tacky. but i do think that they are very pretty when done tastefully.

i went to the juicy couture outlet in washington and they had a really pretty fake pink tree. i was surprised at how well done it was. i want one!

Absolutely. I am a TOTAL decorating nut though. I would be super anal about the decorations. :lol
