I love this stuff from Panda Express! Haven't tried this recipe yet but I definitely plan to!
Ingredients:
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup soy
1 tbsp lemonjuice
1 tsp oil
1 tsp garlic, minced
1/2 tsp ginger, freshly grated
1/4 cup water
4 tsp flower
6 chicken thighs, skinned and deboned
Preparation:
Mix soy, sugar, lemonjuice, oil, garlic and ginger and warm on low heat. Mix flower with water. When the sauce warms up add flower mixture little by little until its thick enough (to your liking).
Grill chicken on bbq, don't dry it out!! When done slice in bitesize pieces. Put in a container and drizzle with sauce until all pieces ar covered.
Serve immediately.
