Tony and I just got alex a bunch of Kumon workbooks for his homeschooling and he is actually sitting there doing it and not fighting with me! I've been making my own worksheets and putting together my own curriculum... now that the books look fun he's actually wanting to do it :wow It was $45 for 5 workbooks, but man it was worth it!

I used to use my own curriculum as well. I absolutely LOVED homeschooling my children. It's a shame that I can't anymore, but I have to focus on my own education for now. (I highly recommend the Robinson method of homeschooling. Reading is key!)
Good luck in your homeschooling pursuits. It's a very rewarding adventure. :)

So far I am soooo loving homeschooling. My daughter has a learning disability and she has been doing SO much better since we took her out of school and she is reading better then when she was in school. My son is also picking up on things quicker and doing better then when he was in school also.
After having been told at my daughters IEP meeting that she would most likely not graduate high school or pass the reading test in order to get her drivers license, I know feel that she will succeed. The kids are loving it.
