I don't have a recipe for you at the moment, but I have found a way to get cookies to my boyfriend w/o them breaking into a million pieces. I've been using those new Reynolds Handi-Vac plastic bags! I made the cookies, then I froze them. I put them in the bags, sealed them and vacuumed the air out. When he got them none of them were broken. (I also put one of my pillowcases with my perfume on it in one of the bags and sealed it so the cookies wouldn't smell/taste like my perfume. Hope this helps!:hugehug

handi vac is relatively cheap compared to some of the other name brand ones.

I've done that!! It works great you just have to make sure you make them the right size so that they fit in the pringles can and make sure you fill it up completely! They got to DB in one piece SUCCESS!:yahoo

what other cookies have you used the vacuum seal for? i have used it twice and both times the cookies arrived there moldy. so now i just put them in ziplock bags. so frustrating.

does freezing help them stay moist?

great idea on freezing them...I would assume them being frozen and vacum sealed will keep them nice and moist and not be moldy.

I used pringles cans and press and seal. Never had broken ones or mold.

i put mine in a tupperware container but before putting the lid on i used that glad wrap with the seal thingy and i packed the cookies tight and supposedly they were still moist and together.
