And there could be people stealing your identity or inaccuracies on your report too! www.annualcreditreport.com is the FREE site that the government made available so that everyone can check their scores for free once a year from each of the companies.

Well crap! Can active duty members not get theirs FREE online? It says we have to send for it and it says that may be one of the following reasons.

Guess I have to jump through hoops now....print out the form, fill it out and send proof of who my dh is :sigh

You can go directly to the agency you want to look at it. Most of them will have some kind of deal to do it for free, but you sign up with a credit card. You just need to remember to cancel it right away and then you will not be charged for the next months. Otherwise, you can pay to get it, just remember that credit report and credit score are two different things and you usually have to pay seperately or extra for them.
