Who cares if a soldier dies?

Take a man and put him alone,

While young men are dying over here.

Plant your signs on the White House lawn;

He had the guts to fight and die,
To keep the freedom you live by.
By his dying, your life he buys,

That is so good! I wish it wasn't anonymous. The author definitely deserves credit!

Hmmmm don't know what to think of that. I certainly don't support this war and all the crap that has been carried out with it but I certainly care. Of course I have known for a while I am a minority- (L) & support my soldier and many friends but don't support the war they have been sent to fight in any way shape or form.

WOW, that's strong...Very Nice....I do Support the men who go and fight for us, especially when my DH will be a corpsman sent to take care of the Marines, who do put there hearts and soul into it all. I kinda sorta support the war and what it's for, but I don't think it's right that we interfere in other peoples war unless it hits our home front, and it did. But TFS and it's a very strong poem...
