Grrr... stupid DB lost his phone and date night was cancelled :vent He called from a friend's phone to explain, but since he called from a friend's phone... our schedules didn't coordinate. I got to talk to him briefly, but it was definitely not the phone date I was hoping for.... :sigh

Yeah, he'll be home soon enough (is it still called R&R if it is Navy?), so I can't complain too much, but damnit I was looking forward to it. It was kinda cute how sad he sounded on his friend's phone when he called to apologize. He wanted to talk to me just as much as I wanted to talk to him.
